| 摘 要： | 以人的ｃ－ｍｙｃ和ｃ－ｓｉｓｃＤＮＡ为探针，用Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ和Ｄｏｔ杂交方法，研究了乳腺癌、囊性增生及正常组织中。ｃ－ｍｙｃ和ｃ－ｓｔｓｍＲＮＡ的活性变化。发现正常乳腺组织中ｃ－ｍｙｃｍＲＮＡ水平很低，而囊性增生和乳腺癌中有逐渐升高的趋势（Ｐ＜０．０５）。Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ杂交证实，癌组织中主要为２．２ｋｂ的ｃ－ｍｙｃｍＲＮＡ。ｃ－ｓｉｓｍＲＮＡ水平在三种组织中的变化趋势与ｃ－ｍｙｃ相同。结果提示，ｃ－ｍｙｃ的表达与乳腺癌的发生有一定关系，而ｃ－ｓｉｓ产物起到了促进作用。

| Abstract: | The expression of c-myc and c-sis mRNA level In normal breasts, cystic proliferative disease and breast cancer were studied with the human c-myc and c-sis cDNA probes by using the dot and Northern hybridization technic. The c-myc and c-sis mRNA levels were elevated in cancers and some cystic proliferations. Nortnern blot displayed 2.2kb c-myc mRNA in breast cancers. The results suggest that c-myc gene might play some role in the process of carcinogenesis of breasts and that the c-sis products promote the process. |
