c-myc,c-sis表达与乳腺癌变的关系研究

摘    要:以人的c-myc和c-siscDNA为探针,用Northern和Dot杂交方法,研究了乳腺癌、囊性增生及正常组织中。c-myc和c-stsmRNA的活性变化。发现正常乳腺组织中c-mycmRNA水平很低,而囊性增生和乳腺癌中有逐渐升高的趋势(P<0.05)。Northern杂交证实,癌组织中主要为2.2kb的c-mycmRNA。c-sismRNA水平在三种组织中的变化趋势与c-myc相同。结果提示,c-myc的表达与乳腺癌的发生有一定关系,而c-sis产物起到了促进作用。

Abstract:The expression of c-myc and c-sis mRNA level In normal breasts, cystic proliferative disease and breast cancer were studied with the human c-myc and c-sis cDNA probes by using the dot and Northern hybridization technic. The c-myc and c-sis mRNA levels were elevated in cancers and some cystic proliferations. Nortnern blot displayed 2.2kb c-myc mRNA in breast cancers. The results suggest that c-myc gene might play some role in the process of carcinogenesis of breasts and that the c-sis products promote the process.
