| 摘 要： | A 29-year-old man had a mass measuring about 2A cm×2.0 cm×1.6 cm by CT scan for three years. He was hospitalized with a primary diagnosis of backache. CT scan demonstrated a lobular, low attenuating mass, measuring about 5.2 cm × 4.4 cm×3.3 cm （Fig. 1）. The mass was homogeneously hypointense on Tl-weighted images and heterogeneously hyperintense on T2-weighted images （Fig. 2）. It showed mainly peripheral and septal-like enhancement on contrast-enhanced T1-weighted images （Fig. 3）.
