糖尿病神经原膀胱的治疗进展

糖尿病神经原膀胱是临床常见难治的糖尿病慢性并发症,其特征是膀胱感觉受损、容量增加、收缩力减弱及残余尿增多,其发病机制主要与神经生长因子减少、P物质含量下降、氧化应激增强等有关。该病治疗方法主要有神经生长因子、拟胆碱药物电刺激、手术等。各种治疗方法疗效和机制不同,本文主要综述糖尿病神经原膀胱各种无创治疗的研究进展。

Therapeutic Progress of Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder

Diabetic neurogenic bladder(DNB) is one of common chronic incurable complications of diabetes mellitus(DM).Patients with DNB are characterized by impaired sensation of bladder fullness,increased bladder capacity,reduced bladder contractility,and elevated residual urine volume.It′s pathogenesis is mainly concerned with reduction of the nerve growth factor,decrease of the p matter,enhancement of oxidation stress.Its therapeutic method includes the using of growth factor and cholinomimetic drugs,electric stimulation,surgery and so on.Every therapeutic method has its own different mechanism and effect.This article reviews progress of all kinds of non-invasive therapy used in DNB.
