| 摘 要： | 目的：分析应用动力髋螺钉(Dynamic Hip Screw DHS)内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效；方法：对我院从1998年以来用DHS内固定治疗46例股骨粗隆间骨折的分析和术前、中、后的处理及疗效进行评价，平均随访1年半；结果：本组全部随访，疗效满意；结论：作者认为DHS内固定是目前治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the curative effects of DHS interal fixation in treating intertrochanteric fractrures.Methods:To assess the classification,pre-operative intraoperative and post-operative treatment and curative effects of 46 cases of intertrochanteric fracures treated with DHS intermal fixation in our hospital since 1998.The average follow-up period was one and half years.Results:The postoperative outcome was satisfactory since all cases of this series being followed up.Conclusions:The authors consider that DHS interal fixation is an ideal method for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures at present. |
