爱宝疗在LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂术后应用的疗效观察

目的探讨爱宝疗在LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂术后应用的临床效果。方法选择宫颈糜烂患者200例,100例术后应用爱宝疗浓缩液辅助治疗设为观察组;100例不用爱宝疗治疗,设为对照组。观察比较术后两组患者宫颈创面愈合时间、出血及感染情况。结果观察组和对照组宫颈糜烂术后4周治愈率分别为61%和12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组术后阴道出血率对照组(10%)高于观察组(1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组均无继发感染发生。结论爱宝疗在LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂术后应用可以提高患者4周愈合率、缩短宫颈糜烂的治愈时间、预防创面出血和感染的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of Postoperative Albothy LEEP Knife in the Treatment of Cervical Erosion

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Albothyl in the high-frequency radio waves(LEEP)knife treatment of cervical erosion.Methods Two hundred patients with cervical erosion were divided into two groups,including 100 receiving postoperative adjuvant Albothyl concentrated treatment and 100 without Albothyl as control group.The cervical wound healing time,bleeding and infection were observed and compared between the two groups.Results For the observation group after 4 weeks,the healing rate of cervical erosion was 61%,significantly higher than that of 12% in control group(P<0.1.No secondary infection occurred.The postoperative bleeding rate in observation group was 1%,significantly lower than that of control group(10%)(P<0.01).Conclusion The cervical erosion treated with LEEP knife electric iron and concentrate Albothyl could improve the 4-week healing rate,prevent cervical bleeding and postoperative local recurrence of infection,as a worthy clinical regimen.
