海南省孕产妇死亡监测结果分析

目的 了解海南省孕产妇死亡率，死亡原因及影响因素。方法 对全省19个县市的孕产妇，从妊娠开始至产后42天，凡与妊娠有关或因妊娠病情加重及治疗原因造成的死亡进行监测。结果 全省19个县市三年内活产数266823，孕产妇死亡率三年平均40.48／10万。死亡原因依次是产科出血，妊高征，妊娠合并心脏病，羊水栓塞，妊娠合并肝病，产褥感染。结论加强健康教育，提高住院娩率，提高医疗保健人员的知识技能和提高孕产妇保健系统服务质量是降低孕产妇死亡率的有效措施.

Analysis of Results of Surveillance on Maternal Mortality Rate in Hainan

Objective To understand the maternal mortality rate, cause of death and risk factors in Hainan Province. Methods The maternal deaths related to gestation in the period from the date of gestation to the 42th day after delivery in the 19 cities and counties were monitored. Results the live births in a period of three years in the 19 Cities and counties was 266 823, and the average maternal mortality rate the three years was 40.48/100 000 in the whole province. The causes of deaths were in the order of obstetric hemarrhage, pregnancy -induced hyhpertension, pregnancy in combination with heart disease, ominiotic fluid block, pregnancy complicated with liver disease, puerperal infection. Conclusion To strengthen health education, enhance the rate of admitted delivery, upgrade the level of knowledge and skills of the medical and health workers and improve the service quality of the maternal health care system are the efective measures to be adopted for reducing maternal mortality rate in this province.
