奈替米星每日1次治疗儿科感染性疾病20例疗效观察

奈替米星在国内临床普遍采用每日多次给药的方法,本文在参考国外有关报道基础上,对20例儿科感染性疾病进行了每日1次给药方法的疗效观察,探讨了其抗感染效果与不良反应.结果显示治愈率85%,好转率10%,无效率5%,无1例出现耳、肾毒性反应.证实奈替米星每日1次给药方法具有高效、低毒,使用方便等优点,可以替代目前使用的每日多次给药方法.

NETROMYCIN FOR TREATMENT OF CHILDREN INFECTION WITH SINGLE DAILY DOSAGE

Netromycin is used traditionally with a dosage of twice or thrice daily. In this paper, a new method of single dosage daily was used to study the effects of anti-infection and toleration of the medicine. Twenty patients were enrolled and studied. The clinical results were 85% of curing, 10% of improvment and 5% of non-effectiveness. None of them was found with ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity. It is concluded that this new method has the advantages of high efficiency, low toxicity and convenience and is feasible to replace the traditional method.
