肺癌根治术后辅助化疗患者创伤后成长现状及相关因素

目的调查肺癌根治术后辅助化疗患者创伤后成长现状及相关因素。方法选择我院2016年10月至2019年10月收治的82例肺癌根治术后辅助化疗患者为研究对象,采用创伤后成长量表(PTGI)调查其创伤后成长水平,并调查不同年龄、性别、婚姻状况等对创伤后成长水平的影响,采用多元线性回归分析创伤后成长水平的独立影响因素。结果82例肺癌根治术后辅助化疗患者创伤后成长总分为(45.05±7.76)分,其中精神变化最差,平均条目得分(1.65±0.43)分。不同年龄、文化水平、婚姻状况、工作情况、医疗费用支付方式、并发症、合并其他疾病、家庭月收入创伤后成长总分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别、居住地比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,文化水平、并发症、家庭月收入、婚姻状况、医疗费用支付方式是肺癌根治术后辅助化疗患者创伤后成长的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论肺癌根治术后辅助化疗患者创伤后成长水平较低,且受多种因素影响,应采取针对性干预措施提升其创伤后成长水平。

Status of post-traumatic growth and related factors of patients undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy after radical resection of lung cancer

Objective To investigate the status of post-traumatic growth and related factors of patients undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy after radical resection of lung cancer.Methods To select 82 cases of patients with adjuvant chemotherapy after radical resection of lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2019 as the study objects.The posttraumatic growth inventory(PTGI)was used to investigate their post-traumatic growth level and investigate the effect of the level due to different age,gender,marital status,etc.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the independent influencing factors of post-traumatic growth level.Results There were a total score of PTGI was(45.05±7.76)points in 82 cases of patients with adjuvant chemotherapy after radical resection of lung cancer,of which the mental changes were the worst,with an average item score of(1.65±0.43)point.The differences was statistically significant in different age,cultural level,marital status,work status,payment methods of medical expenses,complications,concurrent other diseases,monthly family income and total score of PTGI(P<0.05),and the differences was no statistically significant in different gender and residence(P>0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the cultural level,complications,monthly family income,marital status and payment methods of medical expenses were the independent influencing factors of post-traumatic growth of patients undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy after radical operation of lung cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The post-traumatic growth level of patients undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy after radical resection of lung cancer was low,and affected by various factors.Medical staff should take targeted intervention measures to improve their post-traumatic growth level.
