Triangle分层分级护理对糖尿病足足部状况及神经传导的影响

目的探讨Triangle分层分级护理对糖尿病足足部状况及神经传导的影响。方法选择我社区卫生服务中心2018年7月至2019年7月收治的糖尿病足患者200例,随机等分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用Triangle分层分级护理,比较两组足部状况及神经传导速度。结果观察组TCSS各指标评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胫神经、腓总神经传导速度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Triangle分层分级护理在糖尿病足中应用,可明显改善足部状况,有助于促进神经传导。

Effect of applying Triangle hierarchical nursing for foot condition and nerve conduction of diabetic foot

Objective To investigate the effect of Triangle hierarchical nursing for foot condition and nerve conduction of diabetic foot.Methods To select 200 cases of patients with diabetic foot treated in our community health service center from July 2018 to July 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,and the observation group was treated with Triangle hierarchical nursing to compare foot conditions and nerve conduction velocity between the two groups.Results The scores of TCSS indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the tibial nerve and total peroneal nerve conduction velocity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Triangle hierarchical nursing in diabetic foot could obviously improve the condition of the foot and be beneficial to promote nerve conduction.
