中医取穴干预联合Pilates运动操对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能与疼痛程度的影响

目的探讨中医取穴干预联合Pilates运动操对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能与疼痛程度的影响。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年3月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者70例,随机等分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医取穴干预联合Pilates运动操,比较两组患者腰椎Oswestry功能障碍程度及疼痛程度。结果观察组患者腰椎Oswestry功能障碍程度轻于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医取穴干预联合Pilates运动操在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用,能缓解腰椎功能障碍及疼痛不适。

Effects of applying TCM acupoint selection Intervention combined with Pilates exercise for lumbar spine function and degree of pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation

Objective To investigate the effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)acupoint selection Intervention combined with Pilates exercise for lumbar spine function and degree of pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods To select 70 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with acupoint selection intervention combined with Pilates exercise.The degree of lumbar Oswestry dysfunction and degree of pain were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The degree of lumbar Oswestry dysfunction in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM acupoint selection intervention combined with Pilates exercise in patients with lumbar disc herniation could relieve lumbar dysfunction and degree of pain and discomfort.
