脑梗死患者情绪-社交孤独现状调查及相关影响因素分析

目的了解脑梗死患者出现情绪-社交孤独现状,探讨患者基本特征与情绪-社交孤独的关联,为制订干预策略预防、控制情绪-社交孤独的潜在风险提供科学参考依据。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月在本院神经内科就诊的135例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,探讨影响患者情绪-社交孤独的影响因素。结果本组脑梗死患者中26例为严重情绪孤立,27例为严重社交孤立,23例为严重情绪孤独,22例为严重社交孤独。文化水平、家庭月收入、职业、婚姻状况、既往有脑梗死病史是影响患者情绪孤立、社交孤立、情绪孤独、社交孤独的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论医护人员可早期、及时发现患者情绪-社交孤独状态,指导辅助患者康复,预防患者出现严重的并发症,提高患者的生活质量。

Investigation on current situation of emotional-social loneliness in patients with cerebral infarction and analysis of its related influencing factors

Objective To understand the current situation of emotional-social loneliness in patients with cerebral infarction,to explore the relationship between the basic characteristics of patients and emotional-social loneliness,and to provide scientific reference for the formulation of intervention strategies to prevent and control the potential risks of emotional-social loneliness.Methods We select 135 cases of patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in the department of neurology in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 as the study subjects to explore the influencing factors of patients'emotional-social loneliness.Results In the patients with cerebral infarction in this group,26 cases were severely emotionally isolated,27 cases were severely socially isolated,23 cases were severely emotionally lonely,and 22 cases were severely socially lonely.The education level,monthly family income,occupation,marital status,and previous history of cerebral infarction were the main factors affecting patients'emotional isolation,social isolation,emotional loneliness,and social loneliness(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical staff should detect patients'emotional-social loneliness in an early and timely manner,guide and assist rehabilitation of patients,prevent serious complications of patients,and improve patients'quality of life.
