基于快速康复外科理念的路径化护理在膝关节置换术患者中的应用

目的探讨基于快速康复外科理念的路径化护理在膝关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年5月至2019年5月收治的行膝关节置换术患者84例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于快速康复外科理念的路径化护理。比较两组患者膝关节功能(HSS)评分及Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果观察组各阶段HSS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);SAS,SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于快速康复外科理念的路径化护理在膝关节置换术患者中的应用,能改善患者负性情绪,促进膝关节功能恢复。

Application of clinical pathway nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients with knee arthroplasty

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients with knee arthroplasty.Methods To select 84 cases of patients undergoing knee arthroplasty who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group performed clinical pathway nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.The knee joint function(HSS)scores and Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were compared.Results The HSS score of the observation group in each stage was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical pathway nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients undergoing knee replacement surgery could improve patients'negative emotions and promote knee function recovery.
