医学隔离社区卫生服务人员的心理护理

目的调查武汉市社区抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情过程中我社区卫生服务人员的创伤后心理危机现状。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对56名医学隔离社区卫生服务人员的心理健康状况进行问卷调查。结果56名医学隔离社区卫生服务人员心理护理干预前后的SAS评分和SDS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,对隔离社区卫生服务人员加强心理护理,可有效缓解其心理紧张和焦虑情绪,有效改善其心理状态。

Psychological nursing of health service staff in isolated community

Objective To investigate the status of post-traumatic psychological crisis of health service staff in the community of Wuhan City in the fight against the COVID-19.Methods The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the mental health status of 56 health service staff in medical isolated community.Results There were statistically significant differences in SAS scores and SDS scores between 56 health service staff in medical isolated community before and after psychological care intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion During the epidemic of COVID-19,the strengthening psychological care for health service staff in isolated community could effectively relieve their psychological tension and anxiety,and effectively improve their psychological status.
