基于思维导图的认知行为干预对COPD患者治疗依从性与生活质量的影响

目的探讨基于思维导图的认知行为干预对COPD患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年12月至2018年12月我院收治的COPD患者80例为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和试验组。对照组患者给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予基于思维导图的认知行为干预,比较两组患者干预前后的治疗依从性及生活质量变化情况。结果试验组遵医行为及生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于思维导图的认知行为干预可明显改善COPD疾病不确定感、应对方式及疾病相关知识的认知水平,有效提高治疗依从性和生活质量,具有较高临床推广意义。

Effect of applying cognitive behavior intervention based on mind map for treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with COPD

Objective To explore the effect of applying cognitive behavior intervention based on mind map for treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with COPD.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with COPD admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a test group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,the test group was given cognitive behavior intervention based on mind map on this basis of the control group.The changing situation of treatment compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The compliance behavior and quality of life scores in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive behavior intervention based on mind map could significantly improve the cognitive level of COPD disease uncertainty,coping style and disease-related knowledge,effectively improve treatment compliance and quality of life,and had high clinical extension significance.
