手术室护士DVT预防知-信-行现状调查及影响因素分析

目的调查我院手术室护士DVT预防知-信-行现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选择我院2018年1-12月在职手术室护士100名为研究对象,选用基础资料调查问卷获取护士相关信息,借助"手术室护士DVT预防知-信-行调查问卷"评估其DVT预防知-信-行表现,并基于多重线性回归分析明确影响因素。结果手术室护士DVT预防的知识、信念、行为评分分别为(12.28±0.85)分、(38.48±4.48)分、(54.39±7.63)分;经多重线性回归分析显示,手术室护士DVT预防知识影响因素有学历水平、工作年限、职称级别(P<0.05);信念影响因素有工作年限、职称级别、系统化培训(P<0.05);行为影响因素有系统化培训、年手术例数、护理管理监督(P<0.05)。结论我院手术室护士DVT预防知识掌握较好,但预防信念差,预防态度不积极,预防护理规范性、熟练度仍有待提升;影响手术室护士DVT预防的知-信-行因素不同,在手术室护理管理中,需加强对护士DVT危害及预防重要性的宣教,并开展规范化培训,提高其预防DVT的行为水平和态度。

Investigation on the status of knowledge,attitude and practice of DVT prevention in operating room nurses and analysis of its influencing factors

Objective To investigate the status of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of DVT prevention in operating room nurses of our hospital and analysis of its influencing factors.Methods To select 100 in-service operating room nurses in our hospital from January to December 2018 as the study subjects.The basic data questionnaires were used to obtain nurse-related information,and their KAP of"DVT prevention questionnaire for operating room nurses"was used to evaluate their KAP performance of DVT prevention,and determine its influencing factors based on multiple linear regression analysis.Results The KAP scores of DVT prevention in operating room nurses were(12.28±0.85)points,(38.48±4.48)points,and(54.39±7.63)points,respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influential factors of DVT prevention knowledge in operating room nurses including education level,working years,and professional title levels(P<0.05);belief influencing factors included working years,professional title levels,and systematic training(P<0.05);behavioral influencing factors included systematic training,annual number of surgical cases,and nursing management and supervision(P<0.05).Conclusion The operating room nurses in our hospital had a good grasp of DVT prevention knowledge,but their prevention beliefs were poor,the prevention attitude was not active,and the standardization and proficiency of preventive care still needed to be improved.The factors that affect the operating room nurses’DVT prevention were different.In the nursing management of the operating room,it was necessary to strengthen the education on the dangers of DVT and the importance of prevention of nurses,and to carry out standardized training to improve their behavior level and attitude to prevent DVT.
