品管圈活动在提高门诊哮喘患者药物正确使用率中的应用

目的探讨品管圈活动在提高门诊哮喘患者对布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂正确使用率中的作用。方法选取2017年11—12月在我院呼吸内科门诊就诊的232例哮喘患者作为对照组,选取2018年11—12月在我院呼吸内科门诊就诊的229例哮喘患者作为观察组,对照组患者采用常规用药指导,观察组采用品管圈活动指导用药,比较两组患者首次对布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂的正确使用率。结果观察组患者布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂正确使用率为79.91%,对照组患者为37.50%,观察组正确率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。圈员能力较改善前明显提高。结论品管圈活动能提高门诊哮喘患者首次使用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂的正确率,提高圈员能力,优化门诊用药指导相关流程。

Application of quality control circle activities in improving the correct use rate of drugs for outpatients with asthma

Objective To explore the role of quality control circle activities in improving the correct use rate of budesonide formoterol powder inhaler for outpatients with asthma.Methods To select 232 cases of asthma patients who were treated in the respiratory medicine clinic of our hospital from November to December 2017 as a control group and 229 cases of asthma patients who were treated in the outpatient department of respiratory medicine in our hospital from November to December 2018 as an observation group.The patients in the control group were guided by conventional medication,and the observation group was guided by quality control circle activities to compare the correct use rate of budesonide formoterol powder inhaler for the first time in the two groups.Results The correct use rate of budesonide formoterol powder inhalation in observation group was 79.91%,and that in control group was 37.50%,the correct rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The ability of circling members was obviously improved compared to that before.Conclusion The application of the quality control circle activity could improve the accuracy rate of using budesonide formoterol powder inhaler for the first time in outpatients with asthma,improve the ability of the circling members,and optimize the relevant procedures of medication guidance for the outpatients.
