老年股骨粗隆骨折PFNA术围术期谵妄管理方案的实施效果

目的探讨老年股骨粗隆骨折股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)术围术期谵妄管理方案实施效果。方法选取2015年4月至2019年4月我院骨外科收治的135例股骨粗隆骨折患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组60例与对照组75例,观察组在股骨粗隆骨折PFNA术后采用谵妄管理方案,对照组采用常规护理。护理1周后,观察两组谵妄发生率。结果观察组谵妄发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论谵妄管理方案构建与实施有利于降低PFNA术后老年股骨粗隆骨折谵妄发生率,加速骨折愈合。

Implementation effect of perioperative delirium management program for proximal femoral nail antirotation surgery in elderly femoral trochanteric fractures

Objective To investigate the implementation effect of perioperative delirium management program for proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)surgery in elderly femoral trochanteric fractures.Methods To select 135 cases of patients with femoral trochanteric fractures treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2019 as the study objects.They were divided into an observation group for 60 cases and a control group for 75 cases.Later,the delirium management program was adopted after PFNA surgery in the observation group,and the control group was treated with conventional nursing.After1 week of nursing,the incidence of delirium was observed in both groups.Results The incidence of delirium in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction and implementation of delirium management program was beneficial to reduce the incidence rate of delirium in elderly femoral trochanteric fractures and accelerate fracture healing after PFNA surgery.
