冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者健康行为自我管理水平影响因素及预防性护理干预措施

目的探讨影响冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者健康行为自我管理水平因素,依此制定相应预防性护理干预措施。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月我科收治的冠状动脉旁路移植术患者100例,调查患者健康行为自我管理能力水平,采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析影响冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者自我管理水平因素。结果冠状动脉移植术后患者自我管理中低水平15例。单因素分析结果表明,性别、文化水平、费用支付类型、月收入水平、服药种类、住院时间、心功能、旁路支数、自我效能评分是影响患者自我管理水平因素(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析表明,文化水平、月收入水平、自我效能评分是影响冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者健康行为自我管理水平的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论护理人员应根据影响冠状动脉旁路移植术患者健康行为自我管理水平因素制订相应干预措施,结合个体差异拟定自我管理支持方案。

Influencing factors that affected the self-management level of health behaviors of patients with coronary artery bypass grafting after operation and preventive nursing intervention measures

Objective To explore the influencing factors that affected the self-management level of health behaviors of patients with coronary artery bypass grafting after operation,and to formulate corresponding preventive nursing interventions accordingly.Methods We selected 100 cases of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting in our department from January 2017 to June 2019 to investigate the level of self-management ability of patients'health behaviors.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the influencing factors that affected the self-management level of health behaviors of patients with coronary artery bypass grafting after operation.Results There were 15 cases of patients with low and moderate self-management level after coronary artery transplantation.Univariate analysis showed that the gender,cultural level,type of payment,monthly income level,medication type,length of hospital stay,cardiac function,number of bypass branches,and self-efficacy scores were factors that affect the level of self-management of patients(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the cultural level,monthly income level,and self-efficacy scores were independent risk factors that affect the level of self-management of patients'health behaviors after coronary artery bypass grafting(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff should formulate corresponding intervention measures based on factors affecting the self-management level of health behaviors of patients with coronary artery bypass graft surgery,and develop self-management support plans in combination with individual differences.
