品管圈活动在胸腔热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液应用效果分析

目的探究分析品管圈活动在胸腔热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至2019年1月在我院进行胸腔热灌注治疗的92例恶性胸腔积液患者作为研究对象,按照随机对照的原则,将患者均分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予品管圈活动护理,比较两组不良事件发生率及护理质量。结果观察组消化道反应、皮肤反应、血液系统反应、心脏毒性反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对医护人员的处理能力、协调能力、护理能力、责任心评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动应用于胸腔热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液,可有效提高护理质量,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广。

Effect analysis of applying quality control circle activities for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion with thoracic hyperthermic perfusion

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion with thoracic hyperthermic perfusion.Methods To select 92 cases of patients with malignant pleural effusion who were treated with thoracic hyperthermia in our hospital from March 2017 to January 2019 as the study subjects.According to the principle of randomized control,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given quality control circle active nursing to compare the incidence rate of adverse events and quality of nursing between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of digestive tract reactions,skin reactions,blood system reactions,and cardiotoxic reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the patients of the observation group thought that the medical staff's treatment ability,coordination ability,nursing ability,and responsibility scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activity for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion with thoracic hyperthermic perfusion could effectively improve the quality of nursing and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions,which was worth popularizing.
