自制中药敷包与隔姜灸、口香糖咀嚼在妇产科手术术后腹胀患者中的应用效果比较

目的探讨自制中药敷包与隔姜灸、口香糖咀嚼在对妇产科手术患者术后腹胀中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月本院妇产科手术术后腹胀患者80例,在患者知情同意的情况下,遵照其意愿将其分为A组38例和B组42例,术后1 d,A组给予自制中药敷包,B组予以隔姜灸联合咀嚼口香糖,比较两组患者腹胀相关指标及术后1,2 d疼痛程度。结果A组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、腹胀缓解时间及下床活动时间均短于B组(P<0.05);A组术后第1天、第2天疼痛程度低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于妇产科术后腹胀患者自制中药敷包在预防及缓解术后腹胀、腹痛程度方面优于隔姜灸与口香糖咀嚼。

Comparison of the application effect of homemade TCM coating package,ginger moxibustion and chewing gum for patients with abdominal distension after gynecological and obstetric surgery

Objective To explore the application effect of homemade traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)coating package,ginger moxibustion and chewing gum for patients with abdominal distension after gynecological and obstetric surgery.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with abdominal distension after gynecological and obstetric surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.Under the informed consent of the patients,they were divided into group A with 38 cases and group B with 42 cases respectively.On 1 day after surgery,the group A was given a homemade TCM coating package,and the group B was given ginger moxibustion combined with chewing gum.The two groups were compared for abdominal distension-related indicators and degree of pain on1,2 day after surgery.Results The time of bowel sounds recovery,time of first exhaust,time of first bowel defecation,soothing time of abdominal distension and time of getting out of bed in group A were shorter than those in group B(P<0.05);the degree of pain on first,second days after surgery in group A was lower than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The homemade TCM coating package for patients with abdominal distension after surgery was better than ginger moxibustion and chewing gum in preventing and alleviating the degree of abdominal distension and abdominal pain after surgery.
