低位直肠癌保肛术后肠道症状、自我管理行为与生活质量的相关性分析

目的分析低位直肠癌保肛术后肠道症状、自我管理行为与生活质量的相关性。方法收集2016年7月至2019年7月80例低位直肠癌保肛术患者为研究对象,采用肠道功能问卷、癌症生活质量量表、自我管理量表对患者进行评价,对其肠道症状、自我管理行为与生活质量进行Pearson相关性分析。结果80例患者肠道功能、生活质量、自我管理行为总分分别为(60.51±0.37)分、(51.29±5.69)分、26.31±8.92分,各个量表评分均处于中低水平;肠道症状、自我管理行为与生活质量呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论低位直肠癌保肛术后可出现多种肠道不适症状,增强患者肠道症状的自我管理行为,可有效改善生活质量。

Correlation analysis of intestinal symptoms,self-management behavior and quality of life after anus-preserving surgery of low rectal cancer

Objective To analyze the correlation between intestinal symptoms,self-management behavior and quality of life after anus-preserving surgery of low rectal cancer.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with anus-preserving surgery of low rectal cancer who were collected from July 2016 to July 2019.The intestinal function questionnaire,cancer quality of life scale,and self-management scale were used to evaluate the patients'condition,and their intestinal symptoms,self-management behavior and quality of life were performed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results The total scores of intestinal function,quality of life,and self-management behavior of 80 patients were respectively(60.51±0.37)points,(51.29±5.69)points,and(26.31±8.92)points,and the scores of each scale were at low and medium levels.The intestinal symptoms and self-management behavior were positively correlated with quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion A variety of intestinal discomfort symptoms could occur after anus-sparing surgery of low rectal cancer,enhancing the self-management behavior of intestinal symptoms in patients could effectively improve the quality of life.
