递进式康复护理对股骨骨折内固定术后功能恢复与负性情绪的影响

目的探讨递进式康复护理对股骨骨折内固定术后功能恢复及负性情绪的影响。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的行股骨骨折内固定术患者86例,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以递进式康复护理,比较两组术后功能恢复及负性情绪评分情况。结果术后第2个月,观察组的髋关节Harris评分显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组术后第2个月的SAS,SDS评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论递进式康复护理在股骨骨折内固定术患者中的应用,可促进患者术后功能恢复,有助于缓解负性情绪,值得临床推广应用。

influence of progressive rehabilitation nursing on functional recovery and negative emotion of patients after internal fixation for femoral fractures

Objective To explore the effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing on functional recovery and negative emotion of patients after internal fixation for femoral fractures. Methods To select 86 cases of patients with internal fixation for femoral fractures in our hospital between March 2018 and March 2019 as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group randomly. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was treated by progressive rehabilitation nursing. The functional recovery and negative emotion scores of patients after the surgery in the two groups were compared. Results Second month after surgery,the hip Harris scores of patients in the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Second month after surgery,,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Applying progressive rehabilitation nursing in patients with internal fixation for femoral fractures can promote their postoperative functional recovery and alleviate the negative emotions,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
