永久性肠造口患者自我接纳与自动思维的相关性研究

目的对永久性肠造口患者自我接纳现状和自动思维现状进行调查,并分析两者间的相关性。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月我院收治的永久性肠造口患者60例为研究对象,采用自我接纳问卷(SAQ)和自动思维问卷(ATQ)评估术后1,3,6,12个月患者自我接纳水平和自动思维,并采用Pearson相关分析法分析两者相关性。结果永久性肠造口患者自我接纳水平与自动思维呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论术后1年内永久性肠造口患者自我接纳与自动思维间呈负相关,因此,护理人员应及时准确地判断自动思维,疏导其负性情绪,缓解不良心理,使其尽快接纳自我,促进疾病康复,提高生活质量。

Relevant study between self-acceptance and automatic thoughts in patients with permanent enterostomy

Objective To investigate the status of self-acceptance and automatic thoughts in patients with permanent enterostomy,and to analyze the correlation between the two.Methods We selected 60 cases of patients with permanent enterostomy who were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 as the study subjects,the self-acceptance questionnaire(SAQ)and automatic thoughts questionnaire(ATQ)were used to evaluate postoperative 1,3,6,12-month patients’self-acceptance level and automatic thoughts,and analyzed the correlation between the two by using Pearson correlation analysis.Results The self-acceptance level of patients with permanent enterostomy was negatively correlated with automatic thoughts(P<0.05).Conclusion There was a negative correlation between self-acceptance and automatic thoughts in patients with permanent enterostomy within 1 year after surgery.Therefore,nursing staff should timely and accurately judge automatic thoughts,counsel their negative emotions,alleviate bad psychology to make them accept themselves as soon as possible,promote disease recovery,and improve the quality of life.
