乳腺癌术后患者自我形象的Stepwise多元回归分析调查

目的探讨乳腺癌术后患者自我形象水平的影响因素。方法选择我院2018年9月至2019年9月接收的70例乳腺癌术后患者以及同期70例健康女性作为研究对象,应用自我形象量表(BIBCQ)评分,分析乳腺癌术后患者自我形象的相关因素,并采用多元线性回归分析,确定影响患者自我形象的独立因素。结果乳腺癌术后患者自我形象各维度评分明显高于健康女性(P<0.001),Stepwise多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、配偶态度、文化程度、抑郁焦虑是乳腺癌术后自我形象的独立影响因素。结论乳腺癌患者术后自我形象受配偶态度、年龄、文化程度等多种因素影响,临床应针对相关影响因素实施个性化护理服务。

Stepwise multiple regression analysis and survey of self-image of breast cancer patients

Objective To explore the influencing factors that effected the self-image level of patients after breast cancer surgery.Methods We selected 70 cases of patients after breast cancer surgery and 70 cases of healthy women during the same period who were received to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 as the study objects,and the body image after breast cancer questionnaire(BIBCQ)was applied for score to analyze the factors related to the self-image of breast cancer patients.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the independent factors that affected the patient's self-image.Results The each dimension scores of self-image of the breast cancer patients after surgery were significantly higher than those of the healthy women(P<0.001).Stepwise multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age,spouse's attitude,education level,depression and anxiety were the independent influencing factors that effected postoperative self-image of breast cancer.Conclusion The postoperative self-image of breast cancer patients was effected by many factors such as the spouse's attitude,age,education level and so on.The personalized nursing services should be implemented in clinic for the relevant influencing factors.
