过渡期护理联合心脏康复对冠心病术后患者自我管理能力与Gensini评分的影响

目的探讨过渡期护理联合心脏康复对冠心病术后患者自我管理能力及Gensini评分的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月收入我院治疗的80例冠心病患者为研究对象,根据数字表法随机等分为对照组与试验组,对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施过渡期护理联合心脏康复护理。比较两组患者术后自我管理能力及Gensini评分。结果试验组自我管理能力各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组Gensini评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病术后患者实施过渡期护理联合心脏康复,可改善其心脏功能,提高自我管理能力及治疗效果。

Effects of transitional nursing combined with cardiac rehabilitation on self-management ability and Gensini score of patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the effect of transitional nursing combined with cardiac rehabilitation on self-management ability and Gensini score of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a test group according to the numerical table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the test group received transitional nursing combined with cardiac rehabilitation nursing.The self-management ability and Gensini score of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of each item of self-management ability in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Gensini score in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of transitional nursing combined with cardiac rehabilitation for patients with coronary heart disease could improve their cardiac function,self-management ability and treatment effect.
