聚焦解决模式对基底节区脑出血患者术后自护能力的影响

目的探讨聚焦解决模式对基底节区脑出血患者术后自护能力的影响效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月在我院接受治疗的脑出血患者98例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行聚焦解决模式护理,观察两组运动功能、日常生活能力及自护能力改善情况。结果观察组Barthel指数与Fugl-Meyer评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自护信心、自护管理及自护维持得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式的实施可显著改善脑出血患者术后自护能力和日常生活能力,值得推广。

Effect of applying focused solution mode for postoperative self-care ability in patients with basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the effect of focused solution mode for postoperative self-care ability in patients with basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage.Methods To select 98 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received focused solution mode nursing to observe the improvement of motor function,daily living ability and self-care ability of the two groups.Results The Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-care confidence,self-care management and self-care maintenance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of focused solution mode could significantly improve the self-care ability and daily living ability of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,so it is worth promoting.
