脑胶质瘤术后患者心理状况调查及影响因素分析

目的调查脑胶质瘤患者术后心理状况及影响因素分析。方法选取我院2015年1月至2019年1月进行脑胶质瘤手术的64例患者为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷调查表、SCL-90自评表调查患者心理状况,并对影响患者心理状况的因素采用回归模型法分析。结果64例脑胶质瘤患者术后心理状况总阳性率为59.38%,阴性率为40.62%;焦虑、抑郁、敌对、精神病性、恐怖、强迫、躯体化、其他、人际关系和偏执等各项处于中低水平。logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、病理分级、肿瘤长径、术后辅助放/化疗以及并发症为影响心理状态的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论脑胶质瘤术后普遍存在焦虑、抑郁、社交困难等不良情绪,医护人员应充分重视其心理状况,面对高危人群及时做好预前宣教和术前、中、后的科学护理案例及心理疏导工作。

Investigation of psychological status and analysis of its influencing factors in patients with glioma after surgery

Objective To investigate the psychological status and analysis of its influencing factors in patients with glioma after surgery.Methods To select 64 cases of patients who underwent glioma surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 as the study objects.The general data questionnaire and SCL-90 self-assessment table were used to investigate the psychological status of the patients and the regression model method was used to analyze the influencing factors that affected the psychological status of patients.Results The total positive rate of postoperative psychological status of 64 cases of patients with glioma was 59.38%,and the negative rate was 40.62%.The each item of the anxiety,depression,hostility,psychosis,terror,coercion,somatization,others,interpersonal relationships and paranoia was all in the medium to low level.Logistic regression analysis showed that the age,pathological grade,tumor diameter,postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy/chemotherapy,and complications were the independent risk factors that affected psychological status(P<0.05).Conclusion The anxiety,depression,social difficulties and other negative emotions were common in postoperative gliomas.Medical staff should pay full attention to their psychological status,and promptly prepare for advance education,scientific nursing cases and psychological counseling before,during,and after surgery when facing high-risk groups.
