脑力趣味训练对脑梗死患者记忆与认知功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨脑力趣味训练对脑梗死患者记忆与认知功能的影响。方法选择本院2017年8月至2019年8月收治的90例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加脑力趣味训练,连续训练8周。比较两组干预后记忆水平、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分。结果干预后观察组MMSE,MoCA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组名字记忆、藏物记忆、日期记忆、约定记忆评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑力趣味训练有助于提高脑梗死患者认知功能以及记忆功能,促进脑梗死患者神经功能恢复。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of brainpower fun training for memory and cognitive function of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods To select 90 cases of patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group added brainpower fun training on the basis of the control group,with 8 consecutive weeks training.The memory levels,Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),mini-mental state examination(MMSE),and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of MMSE and MoCA in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the name memory of observation group,concealed objects memory,date memory,and agreed memory scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of brainpower fun training can help improve the cognitive function and memory function of patients with cerebral infarction,and promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction.
