护理专硕研究生培养目标体系构建的可视化分析:胜任力模型视角

摘    要:目的初步构建以“胜任力模型”为视角的护理硕士专业学位研究生培养目标体系。方法以“胜任力模型”为分析视角,在文献研究、研究小组讨论的基础上,初步建立护理硕士专业学位(MNS)研究生培养目标体系。采用目的抽样选择33名专家进行专家函询,优序图法计算指标权重。结果两轮专家函询后最终形成的护理硕士专业学位研究生培养目标体系,包括5个一级指标,17个二级指标和59个三级指标。函询有效回收率为90.3%,专家权威系数为0.798,专家意见协调程度变异系数0.053~0.165,肯德尔和谐系数为0.149,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一级指标中,权重值由高到低分别为专业知识(0.271)、专业能力(0.265)、专业动机(0.198)、专业精神(0.184)和专业特质(0.082)。结论本研究构建的护理硕士专业学位研究生培养目标体系对护理硕士专业学位研究生应具备的岗位胜任力有了更深入的认识,对促进高级护理实践人才的培养具有参考意义。未来还需进一步验证其实用性与可行性,使MNS培养目标体系更科学合理。

Abstract:Objective To initially build a training target system for master of nursing specialist from the perspective of"competency model".Methods We took the"competency model"as the analysis perspective,on the basis of literature study and discussion by the study group,a preliminary graduate training target system for the master of nursing specialist(MNS)was established.33 experts were selected by purpose sampling for expert consultation,and a superiority chart method was used to calculate the index weight.Results After two rounds of expert consultation,the final training target system for the master of nursing specialist was finally formed,including 5 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 59 third-level indicators.The effective recovery rate of expert consultation was 90.3%,the authoritative coefficient of experts was 0.798,the coefficient of variation of expert opinion coordination degree was 0.053~0.165,and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.149.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the first-level indicators,the weight values from high to low were respectively professional knowledge(0.271),professional ability(0.265),professional motivation(0.198),professional spirit(0.184)and professional characteristics(0.082).Conclusion The graduate target training system for master of nursing specialist constructed in this study had a deeper understanding of the post competency that postgraduates of MNS,and it was of reference significance to promote the cultivation of senior nursing practice talents.In the future,it was necessary to further verify its practicability and feasibility to make the MNS training target system that be more scientific and reasonable.
