肌电生物反馈治疗联合多维康复护理对脑胶质瘤术后肢体功能及癫痫控制的效果

目的探讨肌电生物反馈治疗联合多维康复护理对脑胶质瘤术后肢体功能及癫痫控制的效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年6月收治的90例脑胶质瘤手术患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施肌电生物反馈治疗联合多维康复护理。比较两组术后肢体功能恢复及癫痫控制效果。结果观察组术后肢体功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组癫痫控制效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肌电生物反馈治疗联合多维康复护理在脑胶质瘤手术中的应用,能促进肢体功能恢复,控制癫痫发生,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of applying myoelectric biofeedback therapy combined with multidimensional rehabilitation nursing for limb function and control effect of epilepsy after glioma surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of myoelectric biofeedback therapy combined with multidimensional rehabilitation nursing for limb function and control effect of epilepsy after glioma surgery.Methods To select 90 cases of patients with gliomas treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given myoelectric biofeedback therapy combined with multidimensional rehabilitation nursing based on the control group.The recovery of postoperative limb function and control effect of epilepsy were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery of postoperative limb function in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The control effect of epilepsy in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of myoelectric biofeedback therapy combined with multidimensional rehabilitation nursing in glioma surgery could promote the recovery of limb function and control the occurrence of epilepsy,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
