甲状腺全切术后低钙血症的高危因素分析与相应干预措施

目的探究甲状腺全切术后低钙血症的高危因素,分析其护理干预措施。方法以2017年2月至2019年2月我院收治的64例行甲状腺全切除术患者为研究对象,术后根据其是否发生低钙血症分为正常组37例低钙血症组27例,总结分析低钙血症的高危因素与防护对策。结果两组患者年龄、疾病类型、手术范围、颈部淋巴结清扫术及预防性补充钙剂比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);影响甲状腺癌术后低钙血症的独立危险因素包括年龄≥45岁、未预防性补充钙剂及颈部淋巴结清扫术(P<0.05)。结论年龄≥45岁、未预防性补充钙剂、颈部淋巴结清扫术为甲状腺全切术后低钙血症的高危因素,为临床防护提供参考依据。

Analysis of high-risk factors of hypocalcemia and its corresponding intervention measures after total thyroidectomy

Objective To explore the high-risk factors of hypocalcemia after total thyroidectomy,and to analyze the nursing intervention measures.Methods We selected 64 cases of patients undergoing total thyroidectomy who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 as the study subjects.Postoperatively,according to whether they have hypocalcemia,they are divided into 37 cases in the normal group and 27 cases in the hypocalcemia group to summarize and analyze the high-risk factors and protective measures of hypocalcemia.Results There were significant differences in age,type of disease,surgical scope,cervical lymph node dissection,and prophylactic calcium supplementation between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).The independent risk factors that affected hypocalcemia after thyroid cancer surgery included ages≥45 years,non-preventive calcium supplementation and cervical lymph node dissection(P<0.05).Conclusion The age≥45 years,non-preventive calcium supplementation,and cervical lymph node dissection were the high-risk factors for hypocalcemia after total thyroidectomy,which could provide a reference for clinical protection.
