临床护理路径对食管癌患者术后康复及并发症的影响

目的探讨临床护理路径对食管癌患者术后康复效果及并发症发生率的影响。方法选取我院2018年4月至2019年4月收治的食管癌手术患者100例,随机等分为对照组与试验组,对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用临床路径护理,比较两组术后康复效果及并发症发生率。结果试验组术后首次肛门排气、胸管拔除、首次排便及住院时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组下肢深静脉血栓、肺部感染、吻合口瘘、吞咽障碍发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在食管癌手术患者中的应用,能促进术后康复,可减少并发症的发生率。

Effects of applying clinical nursing pathway for postoperative rehabilitation and complication of patients with esophageal cancer

Objective To investigate the effect of applying clinical nursing pathway for postoperative rehabilitation effect and incidence of complication of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods To select 100 cases of patients with esophageal cancer who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group and a test group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the test group was treated with clinical nursing pathway.The two groups were compared with postoperative rehabilitation efficacy and incidence of complication.Results The postoperative first anal exhaust,removal of thoracic duct,first defecation and hospital stays in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,lung infections,anastomotic fistulas,and dysphagia in the test group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients after esophageal cancer surgery could promote postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of complications.
