改良灌肠用具对肝性脑病保留灌肠效果的影响

目的探讨改良灌肠用具对肝性脑病保留灌肠的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年5月我院治疗肝性脑病(HE)患者64例为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组,观察组实施改良保留灌肠方法,对照组实施常规保留灌肠方法,比较两组患者的各项临床指标、灌肠液在肠道保留时间和治疗效果。结果观察组各项临床指标和治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组灌肠液在患者肠道中的保存时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用我院改良的灌肠用具能明显提高灌肠疗效和插管成功率,降低管道脱出和药物外泄等问题发生的概率,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。

Effect of applying improved enema apparatus for retention enema effect of hepatic encephalopathy

Objective To explore the application effect of improved enema apparatus for retention enema of hepatic encephalopathy.Methods We selected 64 cases of patients with hepatic encephalopathy(HE)treated in our hospital from July 2018 to May 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group implemented a improved retention enema method,and the control group implemented a conventional retention enema method to compare the each clinical indicator,retention time of enema fluid in the intestine,and treatment effect between the two groups.Results The each clinical indicator and treatment effect in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The retention time of enema fluid in the intestine of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the improved enema apparatus in our hospital could significantly improve the efficacy of enema and the success rate of intubation,reduce the probability of problems such as tube prolapse and drug leakage,and improve patient’s satisfaction,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
