肠内营养支持联合布拉酵母菌对重症胰腺炎患者预后效果

摘    要:目的探讨肠内营养支持联合布拉酵母菌对重症胰腺炎患者预后效果的影响。方法收集我院2018年1-12月收治的80例重症胰腺炎患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组采取常规早期留置胃管鼻饲肠内营养支持,研究组采取布拉酵母菌水化物联合肠内营养支持,记录两组患者干预后免疫学指标和营养状况。结果干预后,研究组患者上臂三头肌肌围、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白水平较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组患者血清CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+水平较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论重症胰腺炎患者应用肠内营养联合布拉酵母菌治疗,其营养水平较单纯肠内营养支持治疗高,可增强细胞免疫功能。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prognostic effect of applying enteral nutrition support combined with saccharomyces boulardii for patients with severe pancreatitis. Conclusion To gather 80 patients with severe pancreatitis treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group. The control group received conventional early indwelling gastric tube and nasogastric enteral nutrition support,the study group received enteral nutrition support combined with saccharomyces boulardii,and the immunological indicators and nutritional status of the patients in two groups were recorded. Results After intervention,the triceps muscle circumference of upper arm,serum albumin,and hemoglobin levels of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P <0. 05);the serum CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+levels in the study group were higher than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The patients with severe pancreatitis were treated with enteral nutrition combined with saccharomyces boulardii,which had higher nutritional levels than simple enteral nutrition support therapy and could enhance cellular immune function.
