摘    要:目的探讨体验式营养教育对维持性血液透析患者营养状况的影响。方法选择2015年12月至2018年12月我院收治的90例维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象,将患者等分为对照组和观察组。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行体验式营养教育。观察比较两组患者营养不良炎症量表(MIS)评分、饮食依从态度与行为状况以及患者的生活质量情况。结果观察组患者的MIS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者的饮食依从态度量表(RAAQ)与饮食依从行为量表(RABQ)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者的生活质量评分包括物质生活状态、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论体验式营养教育有利于改善维持性血液透析患者的营养状况,提高患者的饮食依从性,提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of applying experiential nutrition education for nutritional status of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods To select 90 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 as the study objects. The patients were equally divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group implemented experiential nutrition education based on the control group. The malnutrition inflammation scale( MIS) scores,attitudes and behaviors of diet compliance,and quality of life of patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The MIS score of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The scores of renal adherence attitudes questionnaire( RAAQ) and renal adherence behavior questionnaire( RABQ) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The scores of quality of life of patients in the observation group,including status of physical life,physical function,psychological function,and social function,were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Experiential nutrition education was beneficial to improve the nutritional status of patients with maintenance hemodialysis,improve their diet compliance,and improve their quality of life.
