疼痛综合护理管理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术康复效果的影响

目的探讨并分析疼痛综合护理管理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月在我院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的60例患者作为研究对象,随机将其均分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施疼痛综合护理管理,比较两组肠鸣音恢复、首次排气、首次进食、首次排便、首次下床活动的时间以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次进食时间、首次排便时间以及首次下床活动时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组恶心呕吐、腹痛腹胀以及切口感染发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疼痛综合护理管理应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术,可有效提高患者治疗积极性与康复恢复进程,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床借鉴。

Effect of applying comprehensive nursing management of pain for rehabilitation effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing management of pain for rehabilitation effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods To select 60 cases of patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing management of pain on basis of in the control group to compare the time of bowel sounds recovery,time of first exhaust,time of first eat,time of first defecation,time of first getting out of bed,and incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups.Results The time of bowel sounds recovery,time of first exhaust,time of first eat,time of first defecation,and time of first getting out of bed in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain and bloating,and incision infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing management of pain in laparoscopic cholecystectomy could effectively improve the treatment enthusiasm and recovery process of patients,and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions,which was worthy of clinical reference.
