临床护理路径对慢性心力衰竭合并房颤患者心功能与生存质量的影响

目的探讨临床护理路径对慢性心力衰竭合并房颤患者心功能及生存质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的72例慢性心力衰竭合并房颤患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予临床护理路径模式干预。比较两组干预前后的各项心功能指标及生活质量。结果观察组各项心功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用在慢性心力衰竭合并房颤患者的护理中,能够改善其心功能指标,提升生活质量,具有较高的临床价值。

Effect of applying clinical nursing pathway for cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation

Objective To explore the effect of applying clinical nursing pathway for cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation.Methods To select 72 cases of patients with chronic heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given a routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given a intervention of clinical nursing pathway model on the basis of the control group.The indexes of cardiac function and quality of life were compared before and after intervention between the two groups.Results The each indexes of cardiac function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation could improve their indexes of cardiac function and quality of life,and has higher clinical value.
