高校预防艾滋病教育下大学生对艾滋病的认知程度调查及健康教育对策分析

摘    要:目的调查某高校大学生对艾滋病的认知程度,为健康教育提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样法,抽取1152名大一至大三的大学生为研究对象进行问卷调查,分析对于艾滋病的认知程度、对艾滋病的态度以及获得相关知识的渠道及需求情况。结果调查对象中,对于艾滋病相关知识认知的总合格率为90.06%,男生的认知程度高于女生(P<0.05);随年级升高表现出上升趋势,大一的合格率最低,大三最高(P<0.05)。有50%以上的调查对象介意室友或好朋友是感染者。不同年级的大学生对艾滋病相关知识的需求不同,大一需求率最高,为97.05%,大三最低,为84.82%(P<0.05)。结论不同性别、年级的学生对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率不同,且对于相关知识的需求及获取渠道有所不同,在进行艾滋病预防教育的过程中,需要针对性地采取措施,以取得更有效的健康教育成果。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the college students'cognitive degree of AIDS and provide a basis for health education.Methods Through using stratified cluster sampling method,we selected 1,152 freshmen to junior college students as the study objects to conduct a questionnaire survey to analyze the cognitive degree of AIDS,attitudes towards AIDS,channels for acquiring relevant knowledge,and situation of related demands.Results Among the surveyed subjects,the overall qualification rate for cognitive AIDS-related knowledge was 90.06%,and the cognitive level of male students was higher than that of female students(P<0.05).As the grades increased,they showed an upward trend,with the lowest passing rate for freshmen and the highest for junior college students(P<0.05).More than 50%of the respondents minded that roommates or good friends were infected.The college students with different grades had different needs for AIDS-related knowledge,the freshman demand rate was the highest at 97.05%,and the junior college students was the lowest at 84.82%(P<0.05).Conclusion The students with different genders and grades had different awareness rates of AIDS-related knowledge,and different needs related knowledge and channels for acquiring relevant knowledge.In the process of AIDS prevention education,the targeted measures need to be taken to achieve more effective achievements of health education.
