淋巴癌患者复发恐惧的影响因素分析与预防护理措施

目的调查分析淋巴癌患者复发恐惧的影响因素并探讨相应的预防护理措施。方法选择2017年9月至2018年9月我院收治的110例淋巴癌患者作为研究对象,采用一般人口资料调查表和淋巴癌患者复发恐惧量表(FCRI)调查淋巴癌患者复发恐惧各维度的得分,并收集淋巴癌患者的复发恐惧的相关因素。结果单因素回归分析显示,年龄、家庭人均月收入、婚姻状况、疗程阶段、性格倾向、焦虑或抑郁情绪和自觉疾病严重程度是复发恐惧的影响因素。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄<35岁、家庭月收入<2000元、未婚离婚分居丧偶、疾病分期、性格倾向消极、有焦虑抑郁、自觉疾病严重是淋巴癌患者复发恐惧的影响因素。结论淋巴癌患者复发恐惧处于较高水平,其影响因素复杂,医护人员应给予重点关注和及时监测,及时发现患者的恐惧心理并给予积极鼓励和预防性护理措施。

Analysis of influencing factors of fear of cancer recurrence and its preventive nursing measures in patients with lymphoma

Objective To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of fear of cancer recurrence in patients with lymphoma and explore the corresponding preventive nursing measures. Methods We selected 110 cases of patients with lymphoma admitted in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 as the study subjects. The data questionnaire of general population and the fear of cancer recurrence inventory( FCRI) of patient with lymphoma were used to investigate the score of each dimension on fear of cancer recurrence in lymphoma patients and factors related to fear of cancer recurrence in lymphoma patients were collected. Results Univariate regression analysis showed that the age,family average monthly income,marital status,stage of treatment period,personality tendency,anxiety or depression,and the severity of conscious disease were the influencing factors of fear of cancer recurrence.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age < 35 years old,family monthly income < RMB 2000,unmarried,divorced,separated,and widowed,stage of disease,negative personality tendencies,anxiety and depression,and severity of conscious disease were the influencing factors of fear of cancer recurrence in patients with lymphoma. Conclusion Patients with lymphoma had a high level of fear of cancer recurrence,and its influencing factors were complex. Medical staff should pay attention to and monitor in a timely manner,detect the patient’s fear in time,and provide positive encouragement and preventive care measures for patients.
