温阳法治疗大肠癌术后腹泻临床研究

目的:观察温阳法治疗大肠癌术后腹泻的临床效果。 方法:收集54例大肠癌术后腹泻患者,按照治疗方案不同将其分为观察组和对照组各27例。观察组给予口服附子理中丸加减治疗。对照组给予口服蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组患者的腹泻缓解情况、胃肠道功能恢复情况、生活质量变化情况。观察两个疗程。结果:观察组患者的腹泻症状缓解情况及胃肠道功能恢复情况高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05); 观察组患者的KPS评分提高高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的KPS评分均高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳法对大肠癌术后腹泻、胃肠道功能恢复情况及生活质量提高均有显著疗效,且高于蒙脱石散对照组。

Clinical effect of diarrhea after colorectal surgery treated by warming yang method

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warming yang method on diarrhea after colorectal surgery.Methods:54 patients with diarrhea undergoing colorectal surgery were divided into treatment group and control group,27 cases for one group.Patients in treatment group were treated with modified Fuzi Lizhong pill,while those in control group were given montmorillonite powder.The conditions of diarrhea and gastroenteric function,and quality of life were compared between two groups after two course of treatment.Results:The conditions of diarrhea and gastroenteric function of observation group improved significantly than that of control group(P<0.05).The KPS score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming yang method is highly effective in improving the conditions of diarrhea and gastroenteric function and quality of life of patients undergoing colorectal surgery compared to montmorillonite powder.
