基于营养风险筛查的营养干预在失代偿期肝硬化患者中的应用

目的探讨基于营养风险筛查的营养干预在失代偿期肝硬化患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月我院收治的失代偿期肝硬化患者62例为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于营养风险筛查的营养干预。比较两组患者机体蛋白指标、营养指标以及肝功能。结果干预后观察组机体蛋白指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项营养指标、肝功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于营养风险筛查的营养干预可显著提升失代偿期肝硬化患者机体蛋白指标参数,有效满足机体营养物质需求,增强抵抗力,对减轻患者肝功能压力、促进肝功能恢复具有重要作用,值得临床应用和推广。

Application of nutritional intervention based on nutritional risk screening in patients with liver cirrhosis during decompensated period

Objective To explore the application effect of nutritional intervention based on nutritional risk screening in patients with liver cirrhosis during decompensated period.Methods To select 62 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis during decompensated period admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as the study subjects,and they were equally divided into an observation group and a control group by random number method.The control group used routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nutrition intervention based on nutritional risk screening based on the control group.The body protein index,nutrition index and liver function were compared between patients of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the body protein index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the nutrition indexes and liver function indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutrition intervention based on nutritional risk screening could significantly improve the body protein index parameters of patients with liver cirrhosis during decompensated period,effectively meet the body's nutrient requirements,enhance resistance,and play an important role in reducing patients'liver function stress and promoting liver function recovery,which was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
