短期胰岛素泵治疗对新诊断2型糖尿病患者血糖波动及超敏C-反应蛋白水平的影响

目的探讨短期胰岛素泵治疗对新诊断2型糖尿病患者血糖波动及超敏C-反应蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月我院内分泌科收治的新诊断2型糖尿病患者86例为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗,观察组采用短期胰岛素泵治疗,比较两组患者干预前后血糖波动、超敏C-反应蛋白水平以及胰岛β细胞功能。结果两组血糖波动呈较稳定状态,观察组血糖波动幅度低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的超敏C-反应蛋白水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的胰岛β细胞功能均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论短期胰岛素泵治疗可明显控制新诊断2型糖尿病患者的血糖波动幅度,有效地降低患者的超敏C-反应蛋白水平,改善并增强胰岛β细胞功能,减轻胰岛素抵抗并加快胰岛素分泌,值得临床推广和应用。

Effect of applying short-term insulin pump therapy for blood glucose fluctuation and hypersensitive C-reactive protein level in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes

Objective To explore the effect of short-term insulin pump therapy for blood glucose fluctuation and hypersensitive C-reactive protein level in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Methods To select 86 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes admitted in the department of endocrinology of our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group was treated with routine multiple subcutaneous insulin injections,and the observation group was treated with short-term insulin pumps to compare blood glucose fluctuations,hypersensitive C-reactive protein levels,and isletβ-cell function before and after intervention.Results The blood glucose fluctuations of the two groups were relatively stable,and the blood glucose fluctuation range of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hypersensitive C-reactive protein level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The isletβ-cell function in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of short-term insulin pump therapy can obviously control the blood glucose fluctuations of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes,effectively reduce the hypersensitive C-reactive protein level of patients,improve and enhance isletβcell function,reduce insulin resistance and accelerate insulin secretion,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
