改良早期预警评分联合临床护理路径对急性心肌梗死急诊患者救护效果的影响

目的探讨改良早期预警评分联合临床护理路径对急性心肌梗死(AMI)急诊患者救护效果的影响。方法选取我院急诊科2016年5月至2019年5月收治的AMI患者88例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用改良早期预警评分联合临床护理路径,比较两组救护效果及预后情况。结果观察组分诊时间、急诊救治时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组AMI复发率、并发症发生率、再次PCI发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良早期预警评分联合临床护理路径在AMI急诊患者中的应用,能提高救护效果,改善预后。

Effect of applying improved early warning score combined with clinical nursing pathway for rescue of emergency patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of applying improved early warning score combined with clinical nursing pathway for rescue of emergency patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods To select 88 cases of patients with AMI treated in our emergency department from May 2016 to May 2019 as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with improved early warning score combined with clinical nursing pathway to compare the rescue effect and prognosis conditions of the two groups.Results The triage time,emergency treatment time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of AMI,incidence rate of complications,and re-PCI incidence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of improved early warning score combined with clinical nursing pathway in emergency patients with AMI could improve the effect of rescue and improve the prognosis.
