延续性护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者遵医行为与生活质量的影响

目的探讨延续性护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者68例为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采取延续性护理,观察并比较两组患者的遵医行为及生活质量。结果观察组遵医行为评分明显高于对照组,观察组依从率明显高于对照组,观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预可明显提高老年慢性心力衰竭治疗依从性,改善患者生活质量,护理效果明显,对降低患者再住院率具有重要作用。

Effect of applying continuous nursing for treatment compliance and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To explore the effect of applying continuous nursing for treatment compliance and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods To select 68 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 as the study objects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions,the observation group was given continuous nursing on the basis of the control group,and the compliance behavior and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The compliance behavior score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group.The compliance rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group.The quality of life score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing intervention could significantly improve the treatment compliance of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,improve the quality of life of patients,the effect of nursing was obvious,and it had an important role in reducing the rate of rehospitalization.
