早期功能锻炼康复小组对中青年急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后的影响

目的探讨组建早期功能锻炼康复小组对中青年急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后康复的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的中青年急性心肌梗死患者122例,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规护理,观察组组建早期功能锻炼康复小组进行干预。比较两组术后日常活动能力、生活质量变化及并发症发生率。结果观察组护理2,4,8周后FIM评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预3个月后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心绞痛、心律失常、冠状动脉再狭窄发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论组建早期功能锻炼康复小组在中青年急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后患者中的应用可有效改善其日常活动能力及生活质量,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of early-stage functional exercise rehabilitation group for young and middle-aged patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI surgery

Objective To explore the effect of early-stage functional exercise rehabilitation group for the rehabilitation of young and middle-aged patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI surgery.Methods To select 122 cases of young and middle-aged and patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group established an early-stage functional exercise rehabilitation group to intervene.The daily activity ability,changes of quality of life and the incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The FIM scores in the observation group after 2,4,and 8 weeks of nursing were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of the angina,arrhythmia,and coronary artery restenosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of an early-stage functional exercise rehabilitation group in young and middle-aged patients with acute myocardial infarction patients after PCI surgery can effectively improve their daily activity ability and quality of life,and reduce the incidence rate of complications.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
