中西医综合护理对急性播散性脑脊髓炎合并肠梗阻患儿的影响

目的探讨中西医综合护理在儿童急性播散性脑脊髓炎合并肠梗阻患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院就诊的儿童急性播散性脑脊髓炎合并肠梗阻患儿68例作为研究对象,随机将患儿等分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中西医综合护理,比较两组患儿干预前后免疫功能指标和临床症状持续时间、肠道恢复时间及肢体功能评分情况。结果干预前观察组Ig A,Ig E,Ig G,Ig M免疫功能指标与干预前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后免疫功能指标(Ig A除外)两组比较,观察组较对照组明显提高(P<0.05);干预后观察组发热、意识障碍等临床症状及自主恢复排气时间、气体平面消失时间等肠道恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05),肢体功能障碍评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性播散性脊髓炎合并肠梗阻患儿应用中西医综合护理临床效果佳,值得临床推广应用。

Effects of applying comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine for children patients with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis complicated with intestinal obstruction

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine for children patients with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis complicated with intestinal obstruction.Methods To select 68 cases of children patients with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis combiner with intestinal obstruction who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as the study objects.The children patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group used conventional rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine based on the control group to compared the indicators of immune function,duration of clinical symptoms,intestinal recovery time,and limb function scores of children patients of the two groups before and after intervention.Results The indicators of immune function such as IgA,IgE,IgG,and IgM of the observation group after the intervention were not significantly different from those before the intervention(P>0.05).In comparison of the two groups,the indicators of immune function(except IgA)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms such as fever and disturbance of consciousness,etc.and the intestinal recovery time such as exhaust time of spontaneous recovery and disappearance time of gas plane,etc.were shorter than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05),and the score of limb dysfunction was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine for children patients with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis complicated with intestinal obstruction had good clinical effects.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
