品管圈管理在提高院前急救成功率中的应用

目的探讨品管圈管理在提高院前急救成功率中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年5月至2019年3月106例院前急救患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规院前急救,观察组给予品管圈管理,比较两组患者院前急救成功率、急救物品安全性达标率和急救时间。结果观察组院前急救成功率、急救物品安全性达标率均高于对照组(P<0.05),急救时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈管理应用于院前急救中,可提高院前急救成功率,缩短急救时间,争取抢救机会,保障患者生命安全。

Application of quality control circle management in improving the success rate of pre-hospital first aid

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)management in improving the success rate of pre-hospital first aid.Methods To select 106 cases of patients accepted pre-hospital first aid from May 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine pre-hospital first aid,and the observation group was given QCC management to compare the success rate of pre-hospital first aid,safety attainment rate of first aid items and first aid time between the two groups.Results The success rate of pre-hospital first aid and safety attainment rate of first aid items in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first aid time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of QCC management in pre-hospital first aid can improve the success rate of pre-hospital first aid,shorten the time of first aid,strive for rescue opportunities,and ensure the safety of patients'lives.
