循证护理干预对系统性红斑狼疮患者负性情绪及激素治疗依从性的影响

目的探究循证护理干预对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者负性情绪及激素治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月我院收治的系统性红斑狼疮患者88例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予循证护理干预。比较干预后两组焦虑自评量表(SAS),抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和激素治疗依从性。结果干预后,观察组SDS,SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组激素治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用于SLE患者中,可有效缓解其负性情绪,提高其激素治疗依从性,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Effects of applying evidence-based nursing intervention for negative emotions and compliance with hormone therapy in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention for negative emotions and compliance with hormone therapy in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods To select 88 cases of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing intervention based on the control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores and compliance with hormone therapy after intervention in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of hormone therapy in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in patients with SLE can effectively relieve their negative emotions and improve their compliance with hormone therapy.Therefore,it has higher clinical application value.
