基于CRAMS评分法的护理干预对急诊手外伤急救效果与恢复状况的影响

目的探讨基于CRAMS评分法的护理干预对急诊手外伤急救效果与恢复状况的影响。方法选择我院2017年5月至2019年4月收治的急诊手外伤患者98例为研究对象,根据入院单双号等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施基于CRAMS评分法的护理干预,比较两组患者急救效果及手功能恢复状况。结果观察组伤情评估正确率高于对照组,急救时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Carroll手功能评分及TAM评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于CRAMS评分法的护理干预在急诊手外伤患者中应用,能显著改善急救效果,促进手功能恢复。

Effect of applying nursing intervention based on CRAMS scoring method for first-aid effect and recovery of emergency hand trauma

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention based on CRAMS scoring method for first-aid effect and recovery of emergency hand trauma.Methods To select 98 cases of patients with emergency hand trauma admitted from May 2017 to April 2019 in our hospital as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the admission single and double numbers,the control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given the nursing intervention based on CRAMS scoring method to compare the first aid effect and the recovery of hand function of the patients in the two groups.Results The correct rate of injury assessment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and theforst-aid time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Carroll hand function score and TAM score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention based on CRAMS scoring method in patients with emergency hand trauma can significantly improve the first aid effect and promote the recovery of hand function.
