维持性血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘自我 管理与生活质量相关性分析

目的探讨维持性血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘自我管理与生活质量的相关性。方法选择2017年6月至2019年6月我院肾脏内科收治的60例自体动静脉内瘘患者为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、动静脉内瘘自我管理量表、肾脏疾病特异性调查表调查患者的自我管理水平及生活质量。结果本组患者自我管理得分为(60.83±1.05)分,生活质量得分为(96.40±14.44)分。Pearson相关性分析显示,维持性血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘自我管理与生活质量呈正相关(r=0.627,P<0.05)。自体动静脉瘘自我管理解释生活质量变异为38.3%。结论维持性血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘自我管理水平与生活质量均处于中等水平,且自我管理水平影响生活质量水平,临床护理人员应鼓励患者提高自我管理水平,有效延长血管通路的使用寿命,促进疾病的转归,提高生活质量。

Correlation analysis on self-management and quality of life of autologous autoarteriovenous fistula in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

Objective To investigate the correlation between self-management and quality of life of autologous autoarteriovenous fistula in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods To select 60 cases of patients with autologous arteriovenous fistula admitted from June 2017 to June 2019 in the Nephrology department of our hospital as the study objects.The general data questionnaire,self-management scale of arteriovenous fistula,and specificity questionnaire of kidney disease were used to investigate self-management level and quality of life.Results The self-management score of this group of patients was(60.83±1.05),and the quality of life score was(96.40±14.44).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the self-management of autogenous arteriovenous fistula in patients with maintenance hemodialysis was positively correlated with quality of life(r=0.627,P<0.05).The self-management of autogenous arteriovenous fistula explained that the variation of quality of life was 38.3%.Conclusion The self-management level and quality of life of autogenous arteriovenous fistula in patients with maintenance hemodialysis were at a medium level,and the self-management level affected the levels of quality of life.The clinical nursing staff should encourage patients to improve their self-management level and effectively extend the service life of vascular access to promote the prognosis of disease and improve the quality of life.
